# Personalisation Field in Product Bundles

# How to Add a Personalization Field to a Product in Fly Bundles

### Steps:

The personalization field is a feature that allows customers to add custom input, such as a name or message, to their product during the ordering process. This is especially useful for businesses that sell customizable products like engraved items or gift baskets.
1. **Navigate to your bundle settings.** Select the bundle you want to edit.
2. **Click on "Personalization Settings."** This button will open a popup window. [screenshot of bundle settings]
3. **Choose the product to personalize.** From the dropdown menu, select the product you want to add a personalization field to.
4. **Enable personalization.** Turn on the "Personalization" option for the selected product.
5. **Add a label and placeholder text.**
    * **Label:** Enter a descriptive label for the field (e.g., "Message," "Engraving," "Name").
    * **Placeholder:** Add a placeholder text (e.g., "Enter your message here") to guide the customer.
6. **Set the field as mandatory (optional).** Check the box if you want to require the customer to fill out this field.
7. **Click "Save."** The personalization field will now be live on your storefront for that product.
