Combining Discounts on Kite App and Shopify

This guide demonstrates how to combine discounts on the Kite app with Shopify discounts.

Start by setting up a discount on the Kite app.

Step 1: Open the Kite app and locate the discount you wish to combine with a Shopify discount.



Step 2: Scroll down to the "Discount Combinations" section.

Step 3: Select the options to combine the offer with both product and order discounts.



Step 4: Click on "Save".

Next, create a discount in the Shopify discount section.

Step 5: Navigate to the "Active Discounts" section and create a new discount.

Step 6: Set the discount type to "Amount of Order" and make it automatic.



Step 7: Name the discount "Auto Order", set a percentage of twenty, select "One Time Purchase", and set a minimum spend of ten rupees.

Step 8: Choose to combine this discount with product discounts.

Step 9: Set the discount to be active immediately.



Step 10: Click on "Save".

Now, test the combined discounts in the online store.

Step 11: Go to the online store and refresh the page.



Step 12: Add an item to the cart and claim the discounts.

Note: Both the free gift from the Kite app and the auto order discount from Shopify should be applied.



However, be aware that Shopify does not allow multiple product discounts to be applied to the same product.
