Creating Discounts using Campaign Templates with the Kite App

This guide demonstrates how to create campaign templates using the Kite app.

Start by navigating to the home screen, where the campaign templates are located.



Step 1: Select a campaign template. Each template comes with a defined business use case. For instance, the wallet discounts template offers a twenty percent discount for buying two products from a specific collection, and a thirty percent discount for buying at least three products.

Step 2: Customize the template. The discount products, percentage off, and minimum quantity are pre-filled, but they're editable. Select the collections to apply the discount to. If not applicable, choose any other option.



Step 3: Set up the offer and save it.

If a different setup is desired, navigate to the create promotion tab.



Each promotion tab contains specific templates.



For example, the free gift and BOGO tabs have their own templates.



The volume discount and card discount tabs also have unique templates.



The same applies to the shipping and custom discounts tabs.

To use a custom discount template, follow these steps:

Step 1: Select a template. For example, a template offering a ten percent discount on two products when buying three, and a twenty percent discount when buying four from a specific collection.

Step 2: Check the eligibility rules. These are pre-set and include conditions like having at least three products from a collection in the cart.

Step 3: Select the collection for the eligibility rules and the apply discount on section.



Each template comes with a defined business use case and pre-set conditions.



Step 4: Choose the appropriate products and collections to apply the discount to, or adjust as needed.
