Giftkart Cashback 2.0: Custom Campaign Guide
- Campaign Name
Enter a campaign name (e.g., "BFCM") in the admin dashboard to identify your custom template campaign.
- Select Currency
Choose the specific currency for the campaign. Customers must checkout in this currency to qualify for cashback. You can create separate campaigns for other currencies, such as CAD or EUR, to support international shoppers.
- Choose Cashback Amount Type
Select whether the reward will be a Percentage or a Fixed Amount.
- Set Up Cashback Tiers
Define your reward levels by setting minimum thresholds and corresponding cashback values. You can add multiple tiers to encourage higher spending.
- Configure Eligibility Rules
Select from various rules to determine how customers qualify. You can use the "All rules should apply" toggle to create complex logic:
- Single Rule: Use one condition, such as Cart Total.
- Combined Rules: Require customers to meet multiple conditions (e.g., purchasing specific Product A and Product B).
- Save and Test
Click save and place a test order that meets your defined criteria.
- Verify Rewards
Confirm that the order triggers the correct cashback amount based on your tiers. The customer will receive an automated email detailing their store credit and instructions on how to claim it.
