Giftkart Cashback 2.0: Scheduling Guide

  1. Set Campaign Time Zone

Configure your preferred time zone for all date and time settings. By default, this matches your store's time zone. All start, end, and expiry times will trigger based on this selection.

  1. Configure Campaign Schedule

Select a specific start and end date for your campaign. The campaign will automatically activate and deactivate at the chosen times within your set time zone.

  1. Set Cashback Issuance Timing

Choose when the customer receives their reward after placing an order. This helps prevent issuing cashback for cancelled or refunded orders:

  • Immediate: Cashback is issued right after the purchase.
  • Relative Delay: Set a specific number of days to wait (e.g., 1 day after the order time).
  • Specific Date: Issue all cashback on a fixed calendar date and time.
  1. Define Cashback Expiry

Determine how long the store credit remains valid for the customer:

  • Never Expire: The credit remains in the customer's account indefinitely.
  • Relative Expiry: Set a delay in days. If set to 1 day, the credit will expire at 11:59 PM on the day following the issuance.
  • Fixed Expiry: Choose a specific date and time when all issued credit from the campaign will become invalid.
  1. Save Settings

Confirm your schedule and issuance rules to ensure your campaign runs during your desired promotional window.
