How to configure Multiple Free Gifts in Kite App

This guide demonstrates how to set up multiple free gifts using the Kite Free Gift and Discount App.

Start by setting up a free gift with purchase offer. This involves creating multiple rules.

Setting Up the First Rule

Step 1: Select the eligibility criteria for the free gift. In this example, choose the option "Buying Product X".



Step 2: Specify that if a customer buys Product X at a minimum quantity of one, they receive a free gift. In this case, the free gift is green tea.

Setting Up the Second Rule

Step 3: Create a different rule, such as "Spend X amount of hundred", and select a different product as the free gift.



Step 4: Alternatively, choose the same eligibility rule as the first one, "Buying Product X". For instance, if Product X is a superfood cleanser app, offer this as the free gift.

Choosing How the Gifts Are Offered

Step 5: Decide how the gifts are offered. If you want to offer both gifts or give the customer an option to choose only one, select the "Manual" option. If you want the products to be automatically added to the cart, select the "Automatic" option.



Step 6: Choose "Multiple Gifts" if you want to offer more than one gift. If you only want to offer one gift, then select that option. For this example, select the "Manual" option and "All Gifts".

Viewing and Claiming the Offers

Step 7: Save the settings and view the offer. Add the offer to the cart.



Step 8: Go back to claim the gifts. Both gifts are unlocked because the eligibility rule has been met.



Step 9: Claim both gifts. You have the option to make only one gift claimable, but in this example, both are claimable.



Step 10: Go to the cart page. Both gifts are added to the cart for free.

Setting Up the Same Products as Free Gifts (Refer Video for better understanding)

If you want to offer the same products as free gifts, use the "Buy X Get Y" offer.

Step 11: Choose your X product (products in the cart, a particular collection, etc.) and the Y product.



Step 12: Set up the offer so that for every X product, one more Y product is added to the cart.

Setting Up Different Free Gifts for Different Customers

If you want to offer different free gifts to different sets of customers, you need to set up one free gift with purchase offer for one set of customers using customer eligibility tags.
