How to Create Discounts Using Campaign Templates in the Kite App

This guide explains how to use campaign templates to quickly set up popular promotions without needing to configure every detail from scratch.

1. Locate the Discount Templates

When creating a new promotion in the Kite app, scroll to find the section labeled Discount Templates.

2. Select a Template

Browse the list of available templates. These represent common use cases, such as offering a 10% discount on purchases over a certain amount (e.g., $120, $230) and often include features like a progress bar. Click on the template that best fits the promotion you want to run.

3. Customize the Pre-filled Settings

After selecting a template, the campaign setup page will open. You will notice that the rules, discount values, and other settings have been automatically filled in for you. You can modify any of these predefined settings to match your store's specific requirements.

4. Save the Campaign

Once you are satisfied with the adjustments, click Save to finalize and launch your new promotion.
