Integrating Easy Bundles with Kite for Discounts

Use case : When merchant wants to provide FREE gifts as part of Easy bundles steps

This guide explains how to integrate Easy Bundles and the Kite app to run discounts on EasyBundles.


Start by setting up a sample bundle on the Easy Bundles app.

Step 1: Click on Edit on the sample bundle.



This will open the bundle steps.

Step 2: Choose the product to add a discount to. In this case, it's the product in step two. Click on Edit for this product.



Step 3: Review the product details. For instance, the selling plans for three bags.



Step 4: Go back to the setup and find the Product Specific Discount option.



Step 5: Enable discounts and turn on integrations with Easy Bundles. Choose the product-specific discount because Kite discounts are product-specific.

Step 6: Enable the integration with Kite and click on Save.



Now, switch to the Kite tab to create a volume discount.

Step 7: Select the products for the discount. In this case, it's the selling ski plans keybacks, which was the step two product on the bundle side.

Step 8: Add a discount percentage. For instance, if the minimum quantity is one, add a discount of thirty percent. Make sure to combine this with other discounts.



Step 9: Scroll down to find the Enable Integrations with Easy Bundles checkbox and click on Save.



Now, return to the bundle flow.

Step 10: Click on Preview Bundle.



Step 11: Choose some products in the first step. The second step product should now show a thirty percent discount. This discount is from the Kite app.



Step 12: Select the premium product and add it to the box. Then, click on Next.



The selected product from step two should now appear at a discounted price in the Easy Bundles bundle builder.



Step 13: Click on Create to finalize the bundle.



Step 14: Proceed to Check Out or create a new box.



This process can be repeated for other offers like buy x items for y amount, account spend, free gift, and more.
