Navigating the Easy Bundles App

1. Homepage (Bundle Management)

The Homepage acts as the central command center for existing bundles.

• Access: Click the Easy Bundles section in the navigation menu.
• Function: Displays a list of all created bundles.
• Action: Click on any specific bundle in this list to enter Edit mode for that bundle.

2. Analytics

Located immediately below the Homepage section, this dashboard tracks financial and operational performance.

• Scope: Data is provided for both individual bundles and the overall store performance.

• • Revenue over time: Visualizes income trends.
  • Total Bundle Sales: Aggregate revenue from all bundles.
  • Total Orders: Number of transactions involving bundles.
  • Average Order Value (AOV): The average spend per transaction.
  • Independent Conversion Rates: Performance data for specific bundles.

3. Settings (Global Configuration)

This section serves as the Global Settings Hub. Changes made here apply to the application's behavior and appearance across the store.

• Design & Templates: Customize the colors and design structure for the Easy Bundle Builder templates.
• Language: Adjust the application language settings.
• Routing Logic (Cart vs. Checkout):
• • Configuration: You can choose where the user is directed after completing a bundle.
  • Logic: IF configured to redirect to the CART page, THEN the user will go to the shopping cart to continue shopping. IF configured to redirect to Checkout, THEN the user skips the cart and goes directly to payment.
• Advanced Customization: Input fields are available for adding Custom Scripts and CSS to further modify the app's behavior or look.

4. Support

There are two distinct methods to access technical assistance:

• Support Page: Accessed via the menu. Use this to contact the team or schedule a one-on-one call.
• Chat Widget: Click the Chat Icon located at the bottom right of any screen to initiate an immediate conversation.

5. Pricing

• Function: View your current plan and update/upgrade pricing tiers.

Constraints & Recommendations

• Global vs. Local Settings: The Settings section is global. IF you apply a color scheme or CSS change here, it typically affects the default appearance of the Bundle Builder templates unless overridden at the specific bundle level (if supported).
• Routing Conflicts: Ensure your Cart vs. Checkout redirect setting aligns with your store's desired user flow. IF you have other apps that depend on the Cart page (e.g., upsell apps), we have events that we can put in our setting to redirect or open to their cart or checkout apps as well.
