Setting Up Automatic Free Gift with Opt-Out Option

Learn how to set up an automatic free gift and provide an option for customers to opt out if they choose.

Step 1: Navigate to the "free gift with purchase" section. Set the spend x amount to a hundred.



Step 2: Select a free gift.

Step 3: Set the gift to auto add. Also, enable the "opt out of free gift" feature. This allows customers to decline the free gift if they don't want it.



Step 4: Save the settings.

Note: If a customer opts out of the free gift and later decides they want it, they'll need to use the "claim" button.



Step 5: Test the settings. Go to the store and add any product to the cart. Once the eligibility criteria is met, the free gift is automatically added to the cart.



Step 6: Test the opt-out feature. Remove the free gift from the cart. The "claim" button becomes active.

Step 7: Test the claim feature. Click on "claim" to add the free gift back to the cart.



This method allows flexibility with the automatic discount and gives customers the choice to decline the free gift if they don't want it. Reach out with any questions.
