How does Rules work on Bundle builders?

  1. Rules can be based on:
    • Quantity: e.g., Select a quantity that is greater than or equal to 3 (≥3) and less than or equal to 6 (≤6).
    • Amount: e.g., Select products worth greater than or equal to 100 (≥100) and less than or equal to 200 (≤200).
    • Weight: e.g., Select products weighing more than or equal to 100 (≥100) and less than or equal to 200 (≤200).

How to Set Up Step Level Rules

Use Step Level Rules to control the total number of products a customer must select within a single step.

  1. Navigate to the bundle you wish to edit and click Edit.
  2. Select the step where you want to apply a rule.
  3. Under the rules configuration, select Step rules.
  4. Define the rule for the total number of products required in the step. For example, the customer must choose a quantity that is:
    • Exactly equal to 3.
    • Between 3 and 6.
  1. (Optional - Only applicable when rules is set to 'equal to') Check the box for auto next when condition is met to automatically take the customer to the next step after they fulfill the rule.
  2. Click Save.


How to Set Up Category Level Rules


Use Category Level Rules to set specific requirements for each product category contained within a single step.

Note: This option is only available for steps that have multiple categories assigned to them.

  1. Navigate to the bundle you wish to edit and click Edit.
  2. Select the step that contains the multiple categories you want to manage.
  3. Under the rules configuration, select Category level rules.
  4. Set up a specific rule for each category.
  5. Click Save.
Important: You can only use one type of rule per step. You must choose to enable either Step rules or Category level rules, as they cannot function at the same time.
