Troubleshooting: Bundle Not Visible in Online Store

1. Verify Widget Placement

To ensure the bundle renders on the storefront, the app block must be placed correctly.

• Action: Click the Place Widget button within the application.
• Logic: IF the widget is not placed, the bundle will not render.

2. Verify Theme Configuration

The specific app block must be present on the product template used by the bundle.

• Action: Navigate to the Shopify Theme Editor.
• Check: Locate the Product Page Builder app block.
• Logic: IF the Product Page Builder app block is missing from the product template, THEN the bundle implementation will fail to load. Ensure this block is set on the product made by the bundle.

3. Verify Bundle Status (App Side)

The bundle itself must be enabled within the application settings.

• Check: Review the specific bundle's status.
• Logic: IF the bundle status is Draft or Inactive, THEN it will not be visible. The status must be Active.

4. Verify Parent "Dummy" Product Status (Shopify Side)

The app creates a "dummy product" (also referred to as the parent product) in Shopify to represent the bundle. The visibility of the bundle relies on the settings of this specific Shopify product.

• Check 1 (Status): Navigate to the product in Shopify Admin. Ensure the product status is Active.
• Check 2 (Sales Channel): Ensure the product is in a publishing state.
• Logic: IF the product is Active but the Online Store sales channel is not selected, THEN the bundle will not appear on the live site.

Constraints & Critical Warnings

• Do Not Delete the Parent Product: The product created in Shopify acts as the parent container for the bundle.
• • Constraint: IF this product is deleted from Shopify, the bundle will break permanently.
• Visibility Dependency: The bundle visibility is strictly tied to the parent product's availability. IF the parent product is set to Draft or hidden from the Online Store, the bundle will be hidden from customers.

Expected Outcome

IF all checks above (Widget Placement, Theme Block, App Status, and Shopify Product Status) are validated, THEN clicking Preview Bundle will successfully display the bundle on the live online store.
