Free Gifts: Product image not visible on widget
Product has image, but storefront widget is not showing the Product image. This is caused when product images are changed post product selection in Kite.
To resolve:
Step 1: Open Kite app
Step 2: Click on Edit for the relevant promotion
Step 3: Find the condition where the relevant product is selected
Step 4: Remove the selected product from the condition and re-add it
Step 5: Click on save.
Now, refresh the store front page and the product image should be visible.
Incase its still not working, just reach out to our chat support.
