Kite InApp: Free Gift product is not Published on Online Store sales channel

As Kite does not utilize any hacks to add the Free Gift to cart, the Free Gift product must be an actual product published on the Online Store sales channel with some inventory.

Steps to rectify this issue:

In Admin Dashboard:
Open your Products section in the Admin dashboard in Shopify
Search and find your selected Free Gift Product
Edit the Sales Channel section to include Online Store
Save the Product

Check if Theme extension is enabled for Kite on your online store. Read more here.

In Kite App:
Head into Kite app
Deselect and then reselect the same Free Gift product from the relevant Gift Option.
Save the Free gift promotion
Assuming there are no other concerns and the promotion was configured till the end, this should make the promotion work on your store.
