Setting up A/B test for checkout extensions
This article will guide you on how to run an AB test on different extensions created on the Checkout wizard app. By the end of this tutorial, you'll be able to set up and analyze AB tests for your checkout extensions.
Step 1: Navigate to the AB testing section from the home screen of the Checkout wizard app.

Step 2: Familiarize yourself with the best practices for AB testing.

Step 3: Click on Create Test flow.

Step 4: Choose between a revenue test or a content test. The main metric will differ for each. For a revenue test, the metrics are revenue generated, average order value, and upsell specific conversion. For a content test, the main metric is checkout specific conversions.
Step 5: Set up a revenue test. Select Revenue test and click Continue.

Step 6: Name your test.

Step 7: Choose the upsell block you want to test. Select the upsell block for Version A of the test from the list of all created upsell blocks.

Step 8: Edit the display percentage and add a description for your test. This description will appear on the analytics page to help you distinguish between A and B block.

Step 9: Choose the B version of the block.

Step 10: Save your test. You have the option to start the test immediately or at a later time. If any of the upsell blocks are deleted, paused, or disabled, the test will automatically end.

Step 11: Once the test ends, view the analytics from the view analytics section or directly from the analytics screen.
